Mint Summer Art Camps allow kids ages 3-18 to explore a specific media or topic through fun and creative experiences in an inspiring environment. Professional artists/teachers facilitate age-appropriate art activities in the classrooms and museum galleries. Join us for a half-day or full-day art camp and enjoy small class sizes, high-quality art materials and instruction, and a beautiful atmosphere!

Registration for Summer 2019 Camps will open February 2019.

The Mint Museum offers a limited number of scholarships to students, ages 8-18, who show an interest in art, but may not have the financial means to attend our camps. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so families are encouraged to apply at their earliest convenience. For more information on camp scholarships, please contact Leslie Strauss, Head of Family and Studio Programs, at or 704-337-2050.

Refund Policy

Payment (minus a 20% administration fee) will be refunded, only if the cancellation is submitted to the museum three calendar weeks prior to the first day of the camp.
