Friends of the Mint: Scott Nolley

Friends of the Mint invite you to hear Scott Nolley discuss “The Art of the Conservator”.

Mr. Nolley, Conservator of Exhibitions and Loans at the Smithsonian Institution National Museum of American History in Washington DC. The program is free and open to the public.

Friends of the Mint: Dustin Shores

Come hear Dustin Shores, Director of Community Engagement at The Light Factory, discuss The Light Factory’s focus to inspire and empower the community through photography. He will also give an overview of The Light Factory’s exhibitions, education programs, and community engagement plan for 2019.

The speakers for our programs are chosen for their in-depth knowledge of an arts related topic. Often the talks focus on exhibitions at The Mint Museum. Our affiliate shares the Mint’s commitment to Learning and Engagement.

Friday, November 12, 2021, time. 6:30 p.m. at Mint Museum Uptown — Erica Hirshler, PhD, expert on American Impressionism and contributor to the John Leslie Breck exhibition catalogue.

Wednesday, February 16, 6 PM at Mint Museum Randolph – Rachel Eng, ceramic installation artist and McColl Center winter resident
