A collection of drawings by children. they depict human-like figures with wingsJoin us for creative art time at Mint Randolph! Students ages 9-12 will find inspiration in Never Abandon Imagination: The Fantastical Art of Tony DiTerlizzi, sketch in the museum galleries, explore a variety of art projects in the classrooms. The 8 week session will culminate in a student artist exhibition and reception. 

Withdrawals/Refunds
Payment (minus a 20% administration fee) will be refunded, only if the cancellation is submitted to the museum five business days prior to the first class or day of the event/program. Due to limited space, a spot cannot be held without full payment.

Join us for an evening full of family fun! All-ages activities from 5-8 PM include touring the special exhibition Never Abandon Imagination: The Fantastical Art of Tony DiTerlizzi, creative art-making, family games, and book readings by our special guest, artist and author Tony DiTerlizzi!

Families with older children can stay after hours for a special screening of the movie The Spiderwick Chronicles* (PG, 2008).

Hog N Dog Food Truck and Carolina Ice Cream will be on site 5:00-8:00 PM.
Pick up tasty treats from our vendors, or pack dinner and enjoy a picnic on the lawn!
Seating will be available.

*Signed copies of Tony’s books and prints will be available for purchase in the Museum Store.

**Seating is limited for the movie. First-come, first-served. Common Sense Media recommends this movie for children 8-10+.
